“Landlord was Basildon Council, okay to fix issues but contractor they used would often not do a good job leading to later callouts or complaints. Property also has terrible noise isolation. Next door neighbours can easily be heard. Upstairs poorly noise insulated too with footsteps, music and voices being clearly heard. Not great to live in at all. Wouldn't recommend living here for anything longer then a few months. ”
